During the ideation stage for the Black Friday campaign, I found some really interesting interactive designs that inspired the final assets for Tessuti’s 2022 Black Friday campaign, the final design allowed the main hero on site to change the text colour as the user moved the cursor across it, the design also included an automatic animation where the scrolling text would allow the text to change colour to highlight the promotion when the interactive part of the design wasn’t in use.
The Black Friday campaign concept was styled on an industrial/retro theme, with a hint of movement from industrial to a technological revolution. This was inspired by the new flagship Tessuti store in Liverpool that had just opened.For the campaign we had to make the extensive creative suite across emails, homepages, social, affiliate content and Criteo. During this we created brand specific content for social media and emails in order to promote the many brands we worked with.



To differentiate the different messaging, we used yellow for the Pre-Black Friday campaign, this then changed to red during the main Black Friday weekend, and then changed to blue for Cyber Monday. My role within creating the assets for this was for the main Black Friday weekend, including creating the assets with the change of messaging e.g. extra percent off with code and changing of the overall sale reduction percentage.
